How Flixr handles a client's advertising accounts, results and creative when we work together.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Working with Flixr starts with access to your results. This page sets out, in plain terms, how we handle what you give us. The services agreement between us governs where it says more.
What we ask for
- Read only access to the ad accounts and measurement tools you want us to read, for example AppLovin, Meta, TikTok and your MMP. We ask for the narrowest role the platform offers for reading performance. We do not ask for billing or admin rights to run a read.
- Your ad library, meaning the creatives you have run and their results.
- Brand materials you want used in creative: assets, guidelines, product footage.
What we do with it
- We read your results to write the plan, pick what to make next and report on what ran. Numbers from your account appear in reports to you and in the working channel we share with you.
- We keep what you give us in our own tools: Flixr Studio, Google Workspace, Slack, and the production tools our team uses to make the work.
- We do not publish your numbers. Results are never used in a case study, on this site, in a pitch to anyone else or in a benchmark that could identify you without your written agreement.
- Category benchmarks we show you are built from ads running publicly on the networks, not from other clients’ accounts.
- Access is removed when the engagement ends or when you ask, whichever is first. Say the word and it is done the same day.
Creative you supply, and creative we make
Who owns the ads we make is set in your agreement. Unless it says otherwise, you own the deliverables once they are paid for, and we keep the right to show the work in our portfolio. If you do not want a piece shown, tell us and it is not shown.
Where we use generative AI in production we say so, and we follow any limit on AI use that your agreement sets, including limits on using AI on your own characters, footage or other IP.
People
Our team are employees and long standing contractors under written agreements with confidentiality and IP terms. Creators and actors who appear in your ads sign a release before the ad is delivered.
Security
Accounts are protected with two factor authentication where the platform offers it. Access to a client’s accounts and files is limited to the people working on that client. Credentials are stored in a password manager, not shared in chat.
