What Flixr collects when you visit this site or send us a form, why, who processes it, and the rights you have over it.

This site is run by Flixr Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Flixr”, “we”, “us”), 4035 49th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116, United States. This policy explains what we collect when you visit flixr.co, what we do with it and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. How we handle a client’s advertising data under a services agreement is covered by that agreement and by our data protection statement.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you send us a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, where most of your ad spend goes, the number you want to move, and the rivals you name. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting and analytics provider records the pages you view, the time you spend on them, how you arrived, your browser and operating system, your screen size, a general location derived from your IP address (country and city level) and your IP address itself. This is standard web analytics and it runs without a cookie banner because it does not set tracking cookies on your device.
Company identification. Our hosting provider also attempts to identify the organisation a visit comes from by matching the network address and related public signals against business data, and may link a visit to a named person where that person has already identified themselves to us, for example by sending a form. We use this to see which companies are reading the site and to follow up with people who have asked us to. We do not buy or sell this data.
Cookies. Our infrastructure provider sets one short lived security cookie (__cf_bm) to tell people from automated traffic. It expires within 30 minutes and holds no personal information. The site sets no advertising or cross site tracking cookies.
2. Why we use it, and on what basis

We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers who act on our instructions:
- Ploy (ploy.ai): hosting, form capture, analytics and company identification.
- Cloudflare: network security and content delivery.
- Google Fonts: typefaces, served from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when the font loads.
- Supabase: storage for the video and image files shown on the site.
- Slack, Google Workspace and HubSpot: our internal tools, where a form you send is routed so the right person can reply and where we keep a record of our conversation with you.
Some of these providers are in the United States. Where data about people in the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred to the US, it is done under the providers’ standard contractual clauses or an equivalent recognised mechanism.
We share personal information with no one else, except where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
4. How long we keep it
Form submissions and the conversation that follows are kept for as long as we are talking to you and for up to three years after our last contact, unless a contract between us requires longer. Analytics and company identification data are kept for up to two years. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we relied on it. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@flixrstudios.co with “privacy” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date at the top.
